Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or lost in transit.

Faulty or Lost Items

If your item isĀ faulty or lost during postage, please contact me within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • You may choose either a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Proof is required, such as photos for faulty items or confirmation/evidence of non-delivery for lost items (e.g. tracking information or Royal Mail confirmation).
  • Replacement items will be sent free of charge.

Refunds will be processed once the claim has been reviewed and approved.
